Oliooil's 30-Day "Love It or Return It" Trial Policy

At Oliooil, we believe in the quality of our wood-pressed oils, and we want you to experience them risk-free. That’s why we offer a 30-day trial with a refund option if you’re not satisfied. This policy ensures fairness to both our valued customers and our business, preventing misuse while maintaining trust.

1. Eligibility for the Offer

  • This offer applies only to first-time buyers of Oliooil’s edible oils.
  • Available for direct purchases made on our official website (oliooil.shop).
  • The trial is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery.

2. How It Works

  • Use the oil for up to 30 days and decide if you love it.
  • If you’re satisfied, keep the oil—no further action is needed!
  • If you’re not happy, return the unused portion, and pay only 25% of the total price. You’ll receive a 75% refund on the amount paid. Pay for what you used.
    (If you used 25% and want to return the product you will recive your 75% amount in 5 days after refund approval.)

3. Return & Refund Process

  • Customers must initiate a return request through support mail that is support@oliooil.shop, within 30 days of receiving the product.
  • The returned product must be shipped back in its original packaging with the remaining oil.
  • Once received, our team will conduct a lab test to ensure the oil has not been adulterated, exchanged, or tampered with.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after lab verification.

4. Cases Where Refunds Will Not Be Issued

  • If the oil is found to be mixed, replaced, or altered in any way.
  • If the customer fails to return the original packaging along with the oil.
  • If multiple return requests are made from the same household or individual.
  • If the return is initiated after the 30-day trial period.
  • If the purchase was made from third-party sellers, unauthorized platforms, or offline stores.

  • If you used oil more than 50%.

5. Prevention of Misuse & Exploitation

  • Single-use trial per customer/household to prevent bulk orders and abuse.
    This offer is not valid more that 2 litre.
  • Lab testing ensures authenticity and prevents fraudulent claims.
  • Tracking of returns from the same address or payment method to prevent repeat abuse.
  • Business customers, resellers, and bulk purchasers are not eligible for this offer.

6. Additional Terms & Conditions

  • Oliooil reserves the right to reject refund requests that appear suspicious or violate the policy.
  • Any disputes will be handled as per our company’s standard resolution policies.
  • By participating in this offer, customers agree to these terms and acknowledge that fraudulent returns may lead to a permanent ban from future purchases.
